Product Management
The most important part of a business is in the marketing activity. This is the moment when you get a new customer. You convince him/her that your product has what he/she is looking for and you offer a better and more complete solution than your competitors.
But almost always every business forget to manage a customer.
Often what you deliver to a customer is not a ready to use product but a service which includes also your product.
Your customer must be followed and you need to listen to all his/her necessities and even modify your processes at this aim.
This is a product management activity.
